Fortify does not enforce a particular way of working or commercial model that suits us - we work with you to define that at the beginning of our partnership.

Our process starts by understanding your challenges and what you’re doing well (and not so well) to identify quickly what changes are required to help you start winning.

But that process doesn't require weeks of immersion and endless workshops to tell you what you already know - we will use our knowledge and framework to get under the skin of your business and work in collaboration to tell you the changes you need to make within 2 weeks from our initial engagement.

After that, our engagement is up to you - we can support you with pitch management, agency consultancy, smarter working models, in-housing, reviewing your in-house capabilities, procurement or transformation consultancy.

Chris Shadrick

Founder

Chris has spent his entire career working in creative and digital agencies in a senior strategy and new business role. He has led hundreds of pitches winning significant opportunities with global brands such as Unilever, Avis, Heineken, Tesco, Victorinox, NHS, Accor Hotels, UBS, The Carbon Trust, Valeo Foods Group and Mercedes-F1.

Most recently, Chris was Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer for a global digital creative agency who spent the last two years establishing a global partnership with Unilever across their brand portfolio, helping them to embrace creative technology and Gen AI to reimagine the content production process by partnering with Epic Games’ Unreal Engine and NVIDIA’s Omniverse technology to deliver digital twins, assets and content cheaper and at scale compared to the traditional shoot.
