After spending 15 years working in the advertising and digital industry, I started Fortify, getting frustrated with how agencies don’t focus on defining and communicating their value.

Why?

Because agencies are obviously busy delivering for their existing clients, they spend 80% of their time worrying about where the next brief or lead will come from.
